The kitchen
DON CARLO brigade is a close-knit, young and highly motivated group: 10 boys and girls, aged between 20 and 40. All are involved by the executive chef – Panagiotis Mitrokli, within his own competences, in the realization of the recipes; some of them have been with Panagiotis for years and actively collaborate in the moments of research and creation.
